How It Works

  1. Consultation
    • We’d love to hear all about your wedding and your unique story. Share with us what’s meaningful to you and your partner, as well as any themes or ideas you envision for your big day. Feel free to provide photos, inspiration boards, or anything else that helps us understand your vision. Please note that while we may draw inspiration from these ideas, we never copy designs. Consultations can be done by phone or email—whichever is most convenient for you!
  2. Proposal
    • After understanding your vision, we’ll provide a personalized quote for your review. If you wish to move forward, a 50% deposit will be required at this time.
  3. Design
    • Once we’ve received your deposit, we’ll begin designing your invitations. The design process typically takes 4–6 weeks, so we encourage you to plan ahead. You’ll receive a digital proof to review, and we’ll allow up to 3 rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions will incur a $50 CAD fee. Please note that once your deposit is received, it becomes non-refundable.
  4. Finalization
    • Once you approve the final design, we’ll give you an additional 48 hours to ensure everything is perfect. At this stage, the remaining balance will be due. Upon receipt of your final payment, your invitations will be ready for pick up. If shipping is required, it will be at the customer’s expense.
